  • 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder ((lal mirch))
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder ((dhaniya powder))
  • to taste Salt ((namak))
  • 1 tbsp Ghee or oil (for brushing & cooking)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh coriander leaves (chopped (hara dhaniya)) - optional
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder ((kali mirch)) - optional

Instructions
