- 1/2 cup Sesame seeds (til) (white til)
- 1/2 cup Peanuts (mungfali) (roasted and peeled)
- 1/2 cup Jaggery (gur) (crushed or grated)
- 1 tsp Ghee (for greasing)
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder (elaichi) (optional, for aroma) - optional
- 1 tbsp Water (for melting jaggery)
- 2 tbsp Chopped dry fruits (optional, like almonds or pistachios) - optional

Instructions

Dry roast sesame seeds (til) on a tawa over medium flame until they turn light golden and aromatic. Remove and set aside.
