- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder (haldi)
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds (jeera)
- 1 tsp Refined oil (or mustard oil (sarson ka tel))
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves (fresh, chopped (dhaniya)) - optional
