- 2 medium Drumsticks (murungakkai) (cut into 2-inch pieces)
- 1 small Carrot (chopped)
- 10 French beans (chopped)
- 1 medium Tomato (chopped)
- 1 small Onion (finely chopped)
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder (haldi)
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1.5 tsp Sambar powder (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 tbsp Tamarind pulp (imli)
- 10 Curry leaves (fresh)
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds (rai)
- 1 tbsp Oil (preferably cold-pressed)

- 2 tbsp Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) - optional

Wash and cut the drumsticks, carrot, and beans. Soak tamarind in warm water and extract pulp.
