How to Make Spicy Tomato Pasta Indian Style (Traditional & Healthy Version)
Spicy Tomato Pasta Indian Style is a vibrant fusion dish that brings together classic Italian pasta with the bold flavors of Indian masalas. This recipe is especially popular in Indian homes, where the addition of fresh tomatoes, green chilies, and traditional tadka (tempering) transforms regular pasta into a spicy, tangy, and aromatic delight. The dish is often prepared for lunchboxes, quick family lunches, or even as a festive treat during gatherings. The use of whole wheat pasta (atta pasta) makes it a healthier choice, while local ingredients like dhania (coriander), jeera (cumin), and garam masala infuse a uniquely Indian taste. The dish is well-loved across regions, with each family adding their own twist—be it extra vegetables or a hint of kasuri methi.
