- 1 medium Tomato (tamatar, finely chopped)
- 2 Green chilli (hari mirch, finely chopped) - optional
- 1 tbsp Mustard oil (sarson ka tel)
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds (jeera)
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder (haldi)

- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves (dhaniya patta, chopped) - optional
