How to Make Paneer Puff (Traditional & Healthy Version)
Paneer Puff is a beloved Indian savory snack that blends the crispness of golden-baked pastry with a spicy, flavorful paneer (cottage cheese) filling. Widely enjoyed at tea stalls and bakeries across India, Paneer Puff is especially popular in urban homes during festivals and special occasions such as Holi and Diwali. The dish combines the rich taste of paneer with aromatic Indian spices wrapped in a flaky outer layer made from atta (whole wheat flour), making it both delicious and nourishing. Paneer Puff is a versatile lunch or snack option that appeals to all age groups. The spiced paneer mixture provides a satisfying protein boost, while the air-fried or baked preparation keeps the fat content in check compared to traditional deep-fried bakery versions. Paneer Puff’s enticing aroma and melt-in-the-mouth texture make it a crowd-pleaser, perfect for family gatherings, school tiffins, or festive platters. Its adaptability to different regions and spice levels ensures it can be customized to suit every palate, reflecting the diversity of Indian cuisine.
