Pro Tips

  • 💡Tip 1: Pat tofu dry before adding to prevent sogginess.
  • 💡Tip 2: Use freshly cooked, slightly cooled rice for best texture.
  • 💡Tip 3: You can add a dash of garam masala for a more robust Indian flavor.

Storage & Serving

Omurice with Tofu is best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Reheat gently on a tawa to restore texture. Avoid freezing, as eggs and tofu may become rubbery.
