- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder (Lal mirch)
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeera)

- 4 Pav (Indian bread rolls) (Ladi pav)
- 1 tbsp (for toasting pav) Butter or ghee (Makkhan/Desi ghee) - optional
