- 1 large Tomato (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste (adrak-lehsun paste)
- 8-10 Curry leaves (kadi patta)
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds (rai)
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds (jeera)
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder (haldi)
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder (lal mirch)
- 1 tsp Coriander powder (dhaniya powder)

- 1 tbsp Oil (use cold-pressed or groundnut oil for health)
- 2 tbsp Fresh coriander leaves (hara dhaniya, chopped) - optional

Wash and peel the drumsticks lightly. Cut them into 2-inch pieces. Finely chop onion and tomato. Keep all spices and ingredients ready.
