- 1 cup, sliced Button mushrooms (Fresh Indian mushrooms)
- 1 small, finely chopped Onion (Pyaz)
- 3 cloves, minced Garlic (Lehsun)
- 1/2 cup Low-fat milk (Doodh)
- 1/4 cup Fresh dahi (curd) (Indian curd for creaminess)
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil (Can use mustard oil (sarson ka tel))
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper (Kali mirch)
- 1/2 tsp Salt (Namak)
- 2 tbsp, chopped Fresh coriander leaves (Dhania)
- 1/2 tsp Mixed herbs (Basil, oregano (optional)) - optional

Boil atta pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and keep aside.
