How to Make Chocolate Nutri Bar (Traditional & Healthy Version)
Chocolate Nutri Bar is a modern Indian twist to the classic energy bar, blending the richness of Indian dry fruits (meva), seeds, and whole grains, all bound with natural sweeteners like dates (khajoor) and jaggery (gur). Inspired by the Indian love for homemade mithai during festivals like Diwali and Raksha Bandhan, this bar is both nutritious and satisfying, offering the comforting flavors of cocoa and roasted nuts. Traditionally, Indian snacks were crafted at home for children and elders alike, ensuring each ingredient was wholesome and energy-packed. With today’s health-conscious families, the Chocolate Nutri Bar is a perfect lunchbox addition or mid-day meal that brings together taste and nutrition in every bite. What makes the Chocolate Nutri Bar a favorite in Indian households is its adaptability – you can use local ingredients like atta (whole wheat flour), murmura (puffed rice), and anjeer (dried figs) to make it more regional. The addition of cocoa, seeds, and nuts appeals to both children and adults. Its chewy texture, nutty crunch, and subtle sweetness make it a treat that doesn’t compromise on health. Ideal for busy mornings or as a post-workout snack, this vegetarian nutri bar is a great way to energize your day, especially during exam season, festive times, or whenever you crave a wholesome sweet treat without guilt.
