How to Make Apple Halwa (Traditional & Healthy Version)
Apple Halwa is a delightful South Indian dessert that brings together the freshness of apples and the richness of traditional Indian sweets. Popular during festivals like Navratri and Diwali, this sweet treat is prepared with grated apples, a hint of cardamom (elaichi), and minimal ghee, making it a lighter option compared to other classic halwas. The natural sweetness of apples reduces the need for added sugar, making it a health-conscious choice for those who want to indulge mindfully.
