How to Make Mixed Berry Juice (Traditional & Healthy Version)
Mixed Berry Juice is a refreshing and nutrient-rich beverage that has gained immense popularity across urban India, especially during the hot summer months. While berries are not native to all parts of India, their increasing availability in metros has made this juice a trendy and health-conscious choice for those seeking a vitamin boost. The sweet-tart balance of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, combined with anjeer (fig) and nimbu (lemon), creates a harmonious blend that's both cooling and energizing. Traditionally, fresh fruit juices have played an important role in Indian households, especially during festivals like Holi or summer celebrations, providing hydration and natural energy. Unlike sugar-laden sherbets, this Mixed Berry Juice uses natural sweetness from honey (or shahed) and dates (khajoor), making it ideal for those who are mindful of their calorie intake. Whether served at family brunches or as a nutritious post-yoga drink, this beverage is a testament to India's evolving palate and the fusion of regional tastes with new-age health trends.
