How to Make Egg White Steamed Chaat (Traditional & Healthy Version)
Egg White Steamed Chaat is a modern twist on the classic North Indian chaat, focusing on health and nutrition without sacrificing taste. Originating from the bustling streets of Delhi and Lucknow, chaat is a beloved snack, often enjoyed during festivals like Holi and Diwali. This innovative version replaces fried bases with steamed egg whites, creating a light yet flavorful snack ideal for calorie-conscious eaters. The dish combines the tangy and spicy flavors of traditional chaat masala, fresh coriander (dhaniya), and vibrant veggies, all layered over soft, steamed egg whites. The result is a protein-rich, low-fat treat that is satisfying and guilt-free. The use of common Indian spices and chutneys makes it authentic to North Indian street food culture.
