Traditionally, Jeera Pani is prepared in the mornings and consumed on an empty stomach to maximize its health benefits. It is often served at Indian weddings, family gatherings, and during festivals like Holi and Diwali, where heavy foods are enjoyed, to aid digestion. The simplicity and wholesomeness of this beverage make it a favorite for those seeking natural remedies within their daily routine.
