- 6-8 leaves Curry patta (curry leaves) (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Black peppercorns (crushed) - optional
- 1/8 tsp Hing (asafoetida)

- 1 tbsp Rice flour (for crispiness) - optional
- 2 tbsp Oil (for air-frying or pan-frying)
