Ingredients(for 1 plate (about 100g fries))

- 2 tbsp Cornflour (makai ka atta)
- 1 tbsp Rice flour (chawal ka atta)
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder (lal mirch)
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder (jeera powder)
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder (kali mirch)

- 2 tsp Oil (any neutral oil)
- 1/4 tsp Amchur powder (dry mango powder) - optional
- 1 tbsp Chopped fresh coriander (hara dhania) - optional
