How to Make Fried Chicken Momos (Traditional & Healthy Version)
Fried Chicken Momos have become a beloved snack across India, especially in urban areas where street food culture thrives. Originally inspired by North-Eastern Indian cuisine, momos are now enjoyed in regions like Delhi, Kolkata, and Bangalore, with each locale adding its unique Indian twist. These dumplings are filled with a spicy chicken mixture and wrapped in a thin atta (whole wheat flour) dough, then fried for a crispy texture. The fusion of succulent chicken, aromatic spices, and the crunch from frying makes them irresistible. Fried Chicken Momos are a perfect choice for evening snacks, parties, and celebrations such as Holi and Diwali, where finger foods are popular. Their adaptability and flavorful taste have made them a favorite among children and adults alike. With a healthy version using less oil and whole wheat atta, you can enjoy the authentic taste without compromising your fitness goals. The Indian spices used not only enhance flavor but also offer health benefits, making these momos a guilt-free treat.
