- 2 tbsp Carrot (finely grated)
- 2 tbsp Capsicum (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Spring onion greens (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger (finely grated (adrak))
- 1 Green chilli (finely chopped; adjust to taste) - optional
