- 2 medium, pureed Tomato (Tamatar)
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste (Adrak-lahsun paste)
- 1, finely chopped Green chili (Hari mirch) - optional
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder (Dhania powder)
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder (Lal mirch)
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala (Punjabi garam masala)
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil (Mustard oil or sunflower oil)
